How many times have I done AbRipperX you ask? We&#8217;re doing over 300 moves here, the only way you&#8217;re going to get the results, the sculpted abs that you wanted, is that you have to <strong>BRING IT<\/strong><\/span>!<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bring it,<\/strong> that is a catch phrase for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teambeachbody.com\/workout-routines\/p90x-workout?referringRepId=29754\" target=\"_blank\">P90X workout program<\/a>, you will hear that, and a many other Tonyism&#8217;s, often throughout the various DVD&#8217;s. What Tony has to say next, regarding how people feel about the workout,\u00a0 is so very true.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong><em>AbripperX: I hate it; but I love it<\/em><\/strong><\/span>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Yes this is true, what Tony doesn&#8217;t know won&#8217;t hurt him right, so don&#8217;t tell him this.. I have a confession to make about this program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">I HAVEN&#8217;T DONE IT ONCE WITHOUT <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">GRUNTING OUT EXPLETIVES AT MR. HORTON<\/span><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Oh I don&#8217;t mean them, of course, but it certainly makes me feel better and helps to get me through the workouts.<\/p>\n<p>339 moves, he says, I have often wondered but tend to lose count while doing them, it is hard to focus on such things when <strong>you feel like a branding iron is being held to your mid section! (Burn Baby Burn)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Watching, without doing the workout (joy), to get a count and see if we are doing 339 moves in the 15 or so minutes given.<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, he does advise you to take your time and take breaks when needed, thanks for that Tony.<\/p>\n<p>Right off he says, with that side look, there are eleven moves, each being 25 reps, right off the bat I come up with 275, being the brilliant mathematician I am :), which means we need to find 64 more reps in there somewhere.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In and Outs (hands down or hand held overhead) x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Bicycles going forward (hands down or hand held overhead) x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Bicycles going backwards (hands down or hand held overhead) x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Crunchy Frog x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Cross Leg\/Wide Leg Sit-ups x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Fifer Scissors x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Hip Rock and Raise x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Pulse ups\/Heels to the Heavens x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>V-up Roll-Ups x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Oblique V-ups\u00a0 Right Side x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Oblique V-ups Left Side x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Leg Climbers (3 options for varying difficulty) x 25 reps<\/li>\n<li>Mason Twist x 40 times but he pushes you to do 10 extra!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the end, with the extra mason twists, you end up doing a bit more than 339 moves as some of the 11 exercises are repeated forward and back or right and left.
