One family member, who will remain nameless, would have a virtual graveyard of rib bones around their plate after this meal. Oddly enough, I had always associated this sauce with pork, lately however, we&#8217;ve used it often with chicken and beef in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/bbq-shredded-chicken-in-the-instant-pot\/\">Instant Pot<\/a> and loved it just as much. Add garlic and water while quickly de-decarmalizing the pan. (nudge the brown bits off) Add the vinegar mix and blend. Most scales give measurements in KG, lbs, grams, and ounces. I use a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.convert-me.com\/en\/convert\/cooking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">conversion app<\/a> to change measures to meet my needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We vary the tomato catsup with salsa or paste, the prepared mustard with Dijon or dry powdered, the vinegar with flavored varieties, and the brown sugar with maple syrup.
