I wanted to surprise him by making it for the valentine&#8217;s holiday,<\/p>\n<p>He was so smitten he had to share with his social media friends. There were a few requests for recipes and since it was a mish mash, wrote it out. I tend to mix and match recipes often, due to what supplies are on hand mostly. The end result of this combo needed to be saved due to the simple ingredients and ease of preparation. Most often this is made with Prosciutto, but in a pinch I used pepperoni and really enjoyed the outcome.\t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>4 chicken cutlets (flat)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. minced parsley<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 clove garlic (or garlic powder to taste)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. pepper<\/li>\n<li>Fresh basil or pesto to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 c. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>20 thin sliced pepperoni<\/li>\n<li>4 slices&lt;a href=&quot;http:\/\/amzn.to\/1nIEOaJ&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; title=&quot;Applewood smoked Mozzerella&quot;&gt; Applewood Smoked Mozzarella&lt;\/a&gt;<\/li>\n<li>2 oz. butter<\/li>\n<li>12 oz. fresh mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 c. chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>3 oz. Marsala Cooking Wine<\/li>\n<li>3 oz Heavy Cream or half and half<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Sprinkle chicken with parsley, basil or basil pesto, garlic, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Place Pepperoni and Mozzarella slices on each flattened chicken cutlet.<\/li>\n<li>Roll up cutlet and secure with Turkey Lacers.<\/li>\n<li>Dip chicken in coconut flour if desired.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on all sides.
