Once blended, pour the egg mix over vegetables and protein mixture of choice. Once in the oven, you&#8217;ll have 45 minutes to relax and catch up before enjoying a fresh cooked delight.<\/p>\n<p>Leftover cooked vegetables will not go to waste once you discover this fabulous recipe.<\/p>\n<h3>Cooked vegetables like: asparagus, roasted peppers, caramelized onions and peppers shine through.<\/h3>\n<p>I&#8217;ve included a recipe but you&#8217;ll use it as a guideline; you&#8217;ll soon develop your own <a href=\"https:\/\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/?course=breakfast\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">breakfast favorites<\/a>. I&#8217;d love to hear which combination you like best or which failed to pass the test.<\/p>\n<p> <!--WPRM Recipe 34559--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Crustless Quiche<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"150\" width=\"150\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/quiche.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\tI hesitantly list the nutrients with this as it is always ever changing, depending on what is in season, or left over from the night before.\t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 Tbsp Butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd C Chopped Onion<\/li>\n<li>1 C Broccoli florets<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc C Julienne Ham<\/li>\n<li>1 C Sliced Mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1-\u00bd C Skim Milk<\/li>\n<li>5 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 T Flour (or GF equiv. thickening agent)<\/li>\n<li>Dash Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp Bottled Red Pepper Sauce<\/li>\n<li>\u00be C Swiss Cheese grated<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325F,<\/li>\n<li>Lightly grease a quiche dish or 7-8in pie plate<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter over low heat in a medium fry pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add onion, broccoli and mushroom, sprinkle with 1\/8 tsp salt.
