This episode had four recipes: <a title=\"Alton Brown's Tall and Tangy Thangy\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/alton-brown\/tall-tangy-tofu-thangy-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tall &amp; take the unused portion of mix out of the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Using two spoons, put a golf ball sized portion into a bowl of chopped nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Holding the bowl, roll the golf ball sized ball around in nuts,<\/li>\n<li>Once covered, you can pick up and roll into a ball<\/li>\n<li>Return rolled truffles to the refrigerator until ready to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chocolate Tofu Pudding and\/or Chocolate Truffle I still remember watching Alton Brown&#8217;s Food Network show titled &#8220;Tofuworld,&#8221;
