Another month another entry in\u00a0 Chad Darnell’s 12 of 12 project<\/a>. Time seems to travel by quickly, moreso when you are busy with family and the many obligations that brings. Here are MY TWELVES taken on the 12th of the month. It was a typical day for me with the 12th falling on a crazy Monday at work after a morning bicep and shoulder workout, when I returned home my workout was Turbo Fire and HIIT 15 and then more studies.<\/p>\n
