He discovered fitness could help his mobility as his Parkinson&#8217;s disease progressed. Dan wanted to hike The AT trail, Parkinson&#8217;s disease helped give him the push to get started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Parkinsons.org, 2.5 hours of exercise per week helps slow down the effects of Parkinson&#8217;s Disease. Improving and maintaining motor skills, helping with a better quality of life. They suggest mixing your exercise up with aerobics,\u00a0strength training, balance, and agility. This study follows over 13,000 people to observe the changes over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study looks for best treatment options based on each individual and in the area they&#8217;re located. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise isn&#8217;t just for those with Parkinson&#8217;s Disease, it&#8217;s good for everyone.
