Who can resist moist shredded tender pork cook in an apple cider apple sauce glaze. The Instant Pot makes cooking Cider Apple Country Style Ribs quick and easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pork ribs take anywhere from 5 to 8 hours in a slow cooker using a homemade BBQ sauce. The Instant Pot shortened the cooking time to 30 minutes with a 10 minutes slow release time for a total of 40 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--WPRM Recipe 36394-->\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n\t<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Instant Pot; Apple Cider Country Style Ribs<\/h2>\n\t\t<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t<ul><li>Instant Pot<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>3 lbs Country style pork ribs<\/li><li>2 tbsp Avocado oil or high smoke point oil<\/li><li>1 tsp Salt, to taste<\/li><li>1 tsp Pepper, to taste<\/li><li>1 Large onion, sliced<\/li><li>3 cloves Garlic<\/li><li>1\/2 cup Apple sauce<\/li><li>2-1\/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar<\/li><li>1\/4 cup Prepared yellow mustard<\/li><li>1-1\/4 tbsp Tomato paste<\/li><li>1\/4 cup Brown sugar<\/li><li>3\/4 tsp Paprika<\/li><li>1\/8 tsp Ground clove<\/li><li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li><p>Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork ribs. Add oil to Instant pot and let heat using saute setting. Once oil is hot, brown pork ribs on all sides in the instant pot. Sear appoximately 4 min on each side. Set aside on a plate once browned. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Mix together apple sauce, cider vinegar, brown sugar, yellow musard, tomato past,e paprika, and cloves in a separate bowl.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Add onion and garlic to the pan and saute until translucent and slightly caramelized. Pour vinegar mixture into pan and de-caramelize, add browned pork ribs and coat on all sides. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Place lid on Instant Pot and secure, move pressure release valve to sealing. Use Meat\/Stew setting and set cooking time to 30 minutes on high pressure. <\/p><\/li><li><p>When cooking ends let pot sit to slow release for 10 minutes. Move pressure valve to venting until pan is vented and cover can be lifted.
