Suddenly she puts together a quick and easy dessert recipe called <a title=\"Giada De Laurentis Ricotta Cappuccino\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/giada-de-laurentiis\/ricotta-cappuccino-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ricotta Cappuccino,<\/a> it looked great. We had ricotta, cappuccino cream requires instant espresso, which we do not have. A quick look in the refrigerator and I saw the answer; last night&#8217;s grilled pineapple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you have haven&#8217;t had grilled fresh pineapple slices you need to give it a try, grill them until they are heated through are slightly browned, then enjoy that warm intense flavor. Chill the grilled pineapple before making grilled pineapple cream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <!--WPRM Recipe 34576--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Grilled Pineapple Ricotta Cream Recipe:<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"150\" width=\"150\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/ricottacream.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 &#8211; 15 oz container of skim ricotta<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup of grilled pineapple<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon Honey<\/li>\n<li>1 Vanilla Bean (seeds only)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until pineapple is chopped and cream is well blended, approximately 1 minute; refrigerate for an hour before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--> <\/p>\n<p>1mg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until pineapple is chopped and cream is well blended, approximately 1 minute. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour or up to 1 day. When done your ricotta cream will look like the photo below. Wanting to release the flavor of the nectarine I ran it quickly through the microwave for 1 minute just before serving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In the photo above you can see the plated ricotta cream, which was chilled for an hour,\u00a0 with the warm nectarines and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts.
