I hope you enjoy it and continue sharing it with your friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <!--WPRM Recipe 34584--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Stuffed Artichokes<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"150\" width=\"150\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/artichokes.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>4 lg. or med. artichokes<\/li>\n<li>4 slices bread (I use wheat)<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 cup minced parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 cups water<\/li>\n<li>4 artichoke stems<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Romano cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Remove outside lower leaves and cut off stems. peel stems, dice in small pieces, and put in bowl. Cut off top 1\/3 of artichoke and trim off the sharp ends of each remaining leaf tip. Scrape inside of artichokes, removing the sharp center and fiberous choke. Wash artichokes and drain.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare stuffing:<\/li>\n<li>Break bread into small pieces and dampen with oil, mix well with ingredients in bowl. Add the cup of grated cheese, garlic, salt and pepper, parsley mixing well.<\/li>\n<li>Spread open center of each artichoke and stuff with a generous handful of stuffing.
