Roasted leaves a nice flavor and sweetens the cauliflower. Light and lovely, this side dish will be requested, shockingly, by family members again and again.<\/p>\n<p> <!--WPRM Recipe 34626--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Roasted Cauliflower with Walnuts and Parsley<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"150\" width=\"150\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bodynsoil.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/roasted-cauliflower-2.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 head of cauliflower (cut into florets)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 anchovies (finely chopped (optional))<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic (minced)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup dry white wine<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (toasted (see below))<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley<\/li>\n<li>fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400*.<\/li>\n<li>Toss cauliflower with 1 Tbsp oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until golden brown, approx 30-35 min.<\/li>\n<li>Heat remaining Tbsp oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook anchovies and garlic for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and add wine.<\/li>\n<li>Return to heat, and cook until dressing is reduced by half.<\/li>\n<li>Combine cauliflower, walnuts, and parley in a bowl. Pour dressing over the top and toss.
