At first I wasn&#8217;t sure about the benefit of IFit, or if I&#8217;d find it helpful. Since using it however, I&#8217;ve discovered that I enjoy running various locations around the world. Typically when we travel, we are exploring, so running in Nervi, Italy, Colorado&#8217;s Red Rocks, or a mock Everest ascent is an interesting way to get moving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"workout-title\" title=\"Nervi, Italy\"><a title=\"IFit-Screen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/bodynsoil\/31457336585\/in\/dateposted-ff\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/c2.staticflickr.com\/6\/5713\/31457336585_bd509fafa0.jpg?resize=335%2C186&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"IFit-Screen\" width=\"335\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a>The program comes with two video workouts in Hawaii, that are narrated, giving interesting detail as you move along.<\/p>\n<p class=\"workout-title\" title=\"Nervi, Italy\">Your workouts are managed online, you schedule various runs or challenges, which you access from the screen on your exercise equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"workout-title\" title=\"Nervi, Italy\">Most of the workouts aren&#8217;t narrated, they have gorgeous scenery however. On this day The Mount Aleva Trail started along the shores, then up the mountains of the island American Samoa.
