As 2016 ends, most of us will reflect on the past year, hoping for a more in the new year. We facted changes in 2016, I struggled with a new epilepsy diagnosis, my spouse and I became grandparents for the first time. 2016 started with me working from home, after resigning from a nightmarish position. The time was spent Investing in myself with continued education and redesigning both vegetable and flower gardens. Looking back throughout the year, I see that overall, it’s been a positive one as I plan for growth in 2017.
In 2016, I completed two coaching level of a nutritional program geared towards athletes and performance. In 2017 I’ll expand my training working towards a senior fitness certification. As always, I look to the new year to find ways to grow and improve upon myself.
What are your plans for the new year?
