Instant Pot Baking – Recipes
We’ve had our Instant pot for a few months now. While looking for recipes, I was surprised to learn of all the things which can be baked with a pressure cooker. Once again I find myself saving recipes for: cheesecake, zucchini bread, creme brulee, flan, and bread pudding.

Like most people, we love creme brulee and have all the components to make it. Those hand torches certainly are conversation starters. I haven’t done a bunch of steam bath baking, I can’t seem to get over that hurdle. I’ve never made cheesecake, my mother is the master of this dessert, I may need to take over the reins. Health Starts in the Kitchen has a vanilla bean cheesecake, with just a few ingredients, it looks simple and easy to make. My house guests will be pleased when I pull this out after dinner.
