I haven’t forgotten you.

For the last year I have struggled maintaining a regular blog series.  Eventually I decided to take some time off from blogging all together. This was out of necessity due to the mounting list of needed task to be completed across the last year.

It has been intense and full of reading, studying, protocol trials, different workout routines When I wasn’t doing the above my free time was more of: reading, symposium of all forms, attending, watching, or by listening to any type of health and fitness information I could get my hands on.

The issues with taking blog breaks is that…

you don’t know how you should approach your re-entry to the blogging community..

Should I try cute overload technique and toss out cute puppies.. reading?

Aww, look puppies..

(I’ve been here the whole time)

Or some fitness motivational image..

Now, get up and just do it..

(It’s like I never left)

Studious..

Well, except that was a common spot over the summer and we are in blizzard conditions today..

(I was picking kale or turning compost,

I pinkly promise I wasn’t practicing my chipping)

A nice spot to read and relax..

I’m still studying and I know this is the image you have of that process..

Of course with blue birds and bunnies frolicking in the background

(In reality there needs to be less pollen)

What it really looks like.

but her hair is too neat and she looks organized

(missing is hungry hubby, who wants his fun-loving wifey back)

Yes, I do use this technology whenever I can..

Voice to text is great, but proof read as I products are perverted

(My ten-year old brain laughs at the autocorrects, my readers might not)
